Legal Modules-Diploma
Individual legal modules can be added
to the Legal Secretary course to obtain a Legal Secretarial Diploma. To
obtain a Diploma you need to do at least two of the modules below.
Individual main modules can be completed in one week on a full time course
or in three to five weeks of evenings or three to five Saturdays. Depending
on your employer specialty one module can be adequate but many prefer
to take two or more modules. .

Litigation
This module gives a good background understanding of criminal and
civil litigation procedures, as well as court structure. All fundamental
practices, definitions and theories will be covered. Interesting case
studies are used as teaching examples, making this course particularly
stimulating.
